Few programs address the need for hands-on training and artist development for today’s artists and musicians. The A Work on a Wheel: Music and Fine Arts Camp aims to fill the need for education and hands on training for present day artists. By providing invaluable preparation and engaged mentorship for individuals 6th grade and above, the camp meets local and national needs by providing a growing pool of equipped artists who are not only skilled, but also have an intimate understanding of the creative, business acumen, and skills requirements within the arts. Using a variety of genres and techniques, participants will become well-versed and equipped with skills that they are able to use immediately.
